Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

THE WORD BARN makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on this server for any purpose. The materials in this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, THE WORD BARN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

THE WORD BARN bears no responsibility for the actual information found on any project/product developed for customers or partners. THE WORD BARN shall not be held responsible for any information and content on any project developed whole or in part by THE WORD BARN as represented in this or any other media.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances:

• Show cancellation: if a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, The Word Barn will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show.

• Show postponement / reschedule: if a show is postponed to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be made available to all ticket buyers by email request for a minimum period of three days from the announcement of postponement. Please provide your name, email address, and order number to request a refund. After the minimum 3-day window has closed, refunds will no longer be available and all remaining tickets will be automatically valid for the newly rescheduled date.

Outside of the circumstances listed above, The Word Barn does not issue refunds.

Tickets are transferable, and can be used by someone else, or turned back into The Word Barn so they do not go to waste.

Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The use of such trademarks should not be construed as a challenge to ownership of those trademarks. Logos and trademarks used in the portfolio or proofing areas of this site, which are not indicated above, are the trademarks, registered trademarks, or service marks of THE WORD BARN. THE WORD BARN has been granted permission to use these for showcase purposes only and the use of these should not be construed as a challenge to ownership of these trademarks.
